Preliminary Market Consultation regarding a Multi Supplier Framework for the Provision of Maintenance services for Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and/or Electronic Security Systems in public sector buildings. The OGP intends to run a competitive procurement process for the Provision of Maintenance services for Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and/or Electronic Security Systems in public sector buildings. This may result in the establishment of one or more Frameworks , or other contract types, available for use by Public Sector Bodies. As part of the process, the OGP is issuing this Pre-Market Consultation (“PMC”) as a sounding exercise to obtain current market information and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research in order to: a. better understand any changes in the supply market since the previous national Framework Competition was run, and b. gather specific market place information to supplement and build upon the success of the current Framework, and to identify any necessary amendments to the scope and specifications. This is not a call for competition.
