Formålet med rammeaftalen er, at Regionerne kan levere batterier til borgere behandlet med høreapparater, benforankrede høreapparater og Cochlear Implant apparater, samt at Regionerne kan levere øvrige batterier til hjælpeudstyr til høreapparaterne som f.eks. fjernbetjeninger og streamere. Derudover kan Regionerne i Rammeaftalen levere tykke lydslanger til BTE apparater. Leverandøren skal kunne levere alle de forskellige typer batterier samt lydslange, som er angivet i udbuddet i tilbudslisten. Rammeaftalen er ikke-eksklusiv.
