This Dynamic Purchasing System is a re-tendering of the current CPC Minor Works DPS which expires 28th October, 2025. It will be available to all further education institutions, universities, sixth forms, academies, schools, museums and other wider public sector organisations. See links below for further information: https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php https://www.gov.uk/guidance/get-information-about-schools https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/suppliers/eligible-public-sector-bodies.php Lot 1: General Building Works Covers interior and exterior construction, refurbishment, building retrofit and minor structural alterations. Lot 2: Mechanical Works Focuses on heating, cooling, ventilation, and other mechanical installations or upgrades. Lot 3: Electrical Works Includes installation, repair, and upgrades of electrical systems. Lot 4: External Works Focuses on minor works in outdoor areas, landscaping, and external building elements. Lot 5: Plumbing & Drains Repairs Focuses on safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the water and waste systems Lot 6: Sustainability and Energy Efficiency Projects aimed at improving environmental sustainability and reducing energy costs. Lot 7: Specialist Works Tailored to highly specialized or bespoke requirements in educational settings.These include; (i) Science laboratory fit-outs (including specialized gas, water, and electrical installations), (ii) Creation of sensory rooms and spaces for students with special educational needs (SEN), (iii) Refurbishment or installation of performing arts facilities, such as stages and auditoriums,Workshops and technology room upgrades (e.g., for carpentry, metalwork, or 3D printing), (iv) Swimming pool repairs and maintenance, (v) Compliance upgrades (e.g., fire compartmentation and acoustic solutions). Lot 8: Minor Civil Engineering Works Addresses small-scale civil works and infrastructure projects. Lot 9: Demolition Lot focuses on demolition and Asbestos removal, fosters safety awareness and compliance with regulatory standards in educational settings
