Water Hygiene Services to include the following : <br/>• Water temperature taking and logging<br/>• Water sampling legionnaires/pseudomonas and reporting thereof<br/>• Dosing of water treatment chemicals (including the provision of chemicals)<br/>• Quarterly showerhead cleaning<br/>• TMV PPM<br/>• Calorifier PPM<br/>• Chlorine Dioxide unit PPM<br/>• Cold water storage tank cleaning and inspection<br/>• Provision of an on-line water treatment logbook to store/manage and control the above for the Trust or reporting to the trust appointed CAFM. Lot 1: Contract for Water Hygiene Services
