Mechanical Services Reactive Works Framework Agreement to deliver the following to Amgueddfa Cymru Sites. 1. Scope of Works 1.1 Undertake any mechanical services work as and when required to include but not limited to minor plumbing repairs, sheet metal work repairs, repairs to air conditioning and refrigeration plant. 1.2 Respond to emergency callouts in and out of hours to effect temporary repairs and or make safe following water leaks or escape of natural gas or refrigerant leaks. 1.3 Carry out minor mechanical installations as and when required.
