The Home Office is seeking to engage with experienced organisations who can provide the following services internationally; 1) Strategic advice and specialist support; 2) Programme delivery support; 3) Training; 4) Interpretation and Translation; 5) FM, Logistics and Security Services 1 - 3 above require expertise in the following thematic areas; a) Policing and rule of law; b) Fire and resilience; c) Cyber security; d) Borders, migration and asylum; e) National risk and resilience This notice is not a call for competition. The Home Office is conducting a market engagement exercise and invites interested parties to participate. The International Capabilities Team (ICT) wishes to explore the market capabilities and appetite for the services listed in this notice, with the view to conduct a procurement(s) tailored to the market offerings and interest, and contract with one or more providers to deliver the future service needs. Participation in this market engagement exercise is voluntary. Non-participation will not preclude any party or organisation from taking part in any later competition which the Home Office may conduct. The proposed structure of this Market Engagement exercise will be as follows; - Initial engagement and questionnaire (from date of this notice until 20th May 2020) - Dialogue (w/c 8th June 2020) - Industry Day (w/c 29th June 2020) The contracting department within the Home Office is the Office for Security and Countering Terrorism (OSCT) and the information we need to distribute, is sensitive. For this reason the Home Office will require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be completed by interested parties, before further information can be released on the requirements. The NDA form will need to be completed, signed and returned. Important note. The NDA document is a non-negotiable document. 3) Upon return of a completed NDA, you will be invited to join the Home Office e-procurement portal (Jaggaer), where access to documentation and further instructions will await.
