NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) and North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) – existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS and NOE CPC authorises to use the resulting Framework.NHS SBS and NOE CPC are working in collaboration with each other and intend to put in place a replacement Framework Agreement for the provision of Tech Devices - Link 4 and related Goods and Services to be used by Approved Organisations.<br/><br/>The resulting framework will replace the existing IT Hardware and Services framework (Link3) / Digital Workplace: Hardware (Link3) framework.<br/><br/>Approved Organisation list can be found on:<br/><br/>NHS SBS - https://www.sbs.nhs.uk/supplier-information/framework-agreements/<br/><br/>NOE CPC - https://www.noecpc.nhs.uk/pages/eligible-entities<br/><br/>This framework agreement is split into 4 Lots which will have a maximum of 15 suppliers awarded onto Lot 1 and a maximum of 10 suppliers awarded to lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4. The framework covers the supply and associated services of all end user device requirements including desktop PCs, laptops/notebooks, tablet devices , specialist healthcare-related IT Hardware such as laptop carts and clinical displays for IT Hardware and printing & scanning devices and all peripherals relating to these products.<br/><br/>Lot 1: Tech Devices, Peripherals and Associated Services (One Stop Shop)<br/>Lot 2: Specialist Healthcare Related IT Hardware<br/>Lot 3: Printing and Scanning Devices<br/>Lot 4: Refurbished and Remanufactured Devices<br/><br/>This procurement exercise will be conducted on the Atamis Health Family Single eCommercial<br/>System at: https://health-family.force.com/login<br/><br/>For any support in submitting your response please contact the Atamis helpdesk on 0800 995<br/>6035 or email support-health@atamis.co.uk Lot 1: Lot 1 – Tech Devices, Peripherals, and Associated Services (One Stop Shop) Products available include all forms of Desktop computers, all forms of Laptop/Notebook devices, and Mobile device products including smartphones, tablets and wearables.<br/> <br/>Associated Peripherals are also within scope of this lot and include but are not limited to: monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, webcams, HDMI/VDI cables, power cables etc.<br/><br/>Financing options available will include, but not be limited to: warranty, lease, Device as a Service (DvaaS) Suppliers should be capable of supplying any associated services relating to the delivery of this equipment including but not limited to; Imaging, Stockholding facilities, Product Demonstrations, deployment services, and environmentally friendly ‘green’/sustainable specifications etc. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Specialist Healthcare related IT Hardware Products available include (but are not limited to) Mobile Carts including PC’s, medical workstations and built-in devices, Infection control products, Mobile Clinical Assistant Devices, for use in point of care and mobile environments plus peripherals including healthcare-customised mobile, body-worn equipment (such as Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) headsets) for medical diagnosis. LCD and HD monitors, large format, multi display mode Monitors and Displays suitable for end user applications including but not limited to PACS, endoscopy, mammography plus peripherals where purchased with a monitor/display to include wall mounts. <br/><br/>Includes options for: warranty, lease, DvaaS, deployment services, and environmentally friendly/sustainable specifications. Lot 3: Lot 3 – Printing and Scanning Devices Products available include (but are not limited to) office and medical prescription printers, label printers, 3D printers, medical grade printers, asset scanners, barcode scanners plus peripherals. <br/><br/>Peripherals include but are not limited to ink/toner, barcode printer labels, patient wristbands, replacement batteries, and asset and barcode scanning software. <br/><br/>Includes options for: warranty, lease, DvaaS, deployment services, and environmentally friendly/sustainable specifications. Lot 4: Lot 4 – Refurbished and Remanufactured Devices Products available include (but are not limited to) all forms of Desktop computers, all forms of Laptop/Notebook devices, all forms of Mobile device products, and any other IT end user hardware that has been professionally Refurbished or Remanufactured.
