Description

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Gymnastic and Gymnasium Equipment, Mats, Accessories, Bespoke Matting & Installation, and Inspection & Maintenance Services. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements by establishing an agreement for Providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer (Lots 1-9). YPO also wish to establish an agreement where the end customer will place orders directly with the Provider on a “contract” basis and the Provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis (Lots 10-11). Lot 1: Lot 1 - Gym Climbing Frames Lot 1 is for procurement of Gym Climbing Frames to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 2: Lot 2 - Gym Benches Lot 2 is for procurement of gym benches to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 3: Lot 3 - Gym and Athletic Mats Lot 3 is for procurement of gym and athletic mats to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 4: Lot 4 - Trampolines and Accessories Lot 4 is for procurement of trampolines and accessories to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 5: Lot 5 - Soft Play Lot 5 is for procurement of soft play items to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 6: Lot 6 - Gym Boxes Lot 6 is for procurement of gym boxes to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 7: Lot 7 - Gym Tables Lot 7 is for procurement of gym tables to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 8: Lot 8 - Bridging and Linking Equipment Lot 8 is for procurement of bridging and linking equipment to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 9: Lot 9 - Springboards Lot 9 is for procurement of springboards to be delivered directly to the end user Lot 10: Lot 10 - Bespoke Matting & Installations Lot 10 is for procurement of bespoke matting & installations to be advised and fulfilled directly between the supplier and the end user Lot 11: Lot 11 - Gym Inspection & Maintenance Service Lot 11 is for procurement of gym inspection & maintenance service to be advised and fulfilled directly between the supplier and the end user
