Consultancy services and expertise within the following 4 categories: 1) Consultancy services connected to market assessments and financial analyses of property; 2) Assistance with the sale of residential and commercial property and sites (“brokering”); 3) Strategic assessment related to the NMBU’s property portfolio and development of the Contracting Authority’s properties; 4) Legal advice within property. NMBU adopted its Campus plan 2019 — 2023 — 2040 in spring 2018. The Property Department (hereafter EIA) is working to implement the campus plan, and there is, in periods, a need for consultancy services and expertise in a number of areas. NMBU's campus plan for property is reviewed every fourth year, and it will be next adopted by the Board in June 2022. The chosen tenderer can, where it is relevant, be involved in preparing the documentation for this plan, particularly in Categories 1 and 3, and we encourage the tenderer to familiarise themselves with the plan.
