Risk management and preparedness for NORCE Norwegian Research Centre AS.

Description

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for security and preparedness as well as risk management. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: - Security and preparedness - Contribute in the establishment of processes and plans for the contracting authority - Update preparedness plans - Planning and implementing preparedness analysis - Planning and implementing of preparedness exercises. - Planning and implementing exercises - Risk management - Further develop the contracting authority's risk and vulnerability tool - Planning and implementing of risk analyses The contracting authority's complete description of its needs can be found in annex 1 of SSA-R. Lot 1: A contract will be signed with one tenderer. The estimated contract value for the entire framework agreement, including all options, over a 4 year period is NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. Call-offs under the framework agreement can be for maximum NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement will include an option where two of the contracting authority's subsidiary companies; National Knowledge Centre on Violence and Traumatic Stress (NKVTS), business registration no. 986 304 096, and the National Development Centre for Children and Youths (NUBU), business registration no. 985 638 187, have a right, but not a duty, to join the contract as parallel contracting authorities. If NKVTS and NUBU take up the option to join the framework agreement, they will have full rights and terms. The option has an estimated value of NOK 400,000 excluding FAT, which is included in the total estimated value of the entire framework agreement with all options as mentioned above. Maximum call-offs: NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further 1+1 year, to a total of up to 4 years.
