Lot 1: NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin ICB are seeking tenders for a provider of GMS services, Essential Services, Quality and Outcome Framework (QOF), Enhanced services – Locally Commissioned (LCS) and Directed Enhanced Services (DES) including the Primary Care Network DES in the village of Highley, South Shropshire. Highley (WV16 6) is a rurally isolated large village in South Shropshire, 7.5 miles to the south of Bridgnorth with a population of 3,735 people. The Contract value (per 12-month period) is estimated to be £368,291.00 – Global sum, £434,985.00 including QOF and LCS based on 2022/23 figures. The NHS Standard General Medical Services Contract shall apply.
