Description

London Luton Airport are seeking to appoint Project Management services providers to include (not limited to): o PM services, o Cost Consultancy, o Safety, o Supervision, o Scheduling, o Programming, o Procurement support, o Concessionaire Retail Design & Delivery Management and associated services. The portfolio of major and minor projects scope has been split in to two separate Lots; o Lot 1 - Project Management o Lot 2 - Retail Fit Out. Prospective Bidders must have Aviation Airside experience with NEC suite of contract experience. This project will be advertised under a FTS (Find a Tender service) process and will be live for 34 days. There is no proposed mandatory site visits but bidders are asked to present should they be successful Additional information: The portfolio of major and minor projects scope has been split in to two separate Lots; o Lot 1 - Project Management o Lot 2 - Retail Fit Out. Bidders may submit pricing for either or both lots. LLAO reserve the right to award to one or both lots and to source outside of the framework if the business requires further competition.
