As the current assets under the Ministry of Defence's (MOD) SKYNET programme move towards their end of life, procurements have been identified to ensure next generation replacement equipment is available to maintain or improve the MOD's communication capability. Within this context, the FPM project is to replace the role of the current Paradigm Modem Systems.
