The scope of the procurement is to appoint a Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) approved training provider for Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) refresher training for statutory safety training courses to the Council’s sea staff in accordance with the Manila Convention 2010. The training can be delivered in blocks on-island, off-island or through a combination of on-island/off-island provision. Training Providers must provide all facilities and equipment as required. Full details and scheduling must be provided. Lot 1: The type of contract to be awarded is a Services contract. The procedure being followed is an Open Procedure.
