Framework Agreement for the Supply of Minimally Invasive Surgery & Electrosurgery Solutions

Equipment, devices, consumables (collectively known as products) and associated accessories to assist in minimally invasive surgeries. Lot Lot 1 - Electrosurgery and Laparoscopic Related Products and Accessories: Agreement for the Supply of Electrosurgery and Laparoscopic Related Products and Accessories Under this Lot the supplier will provide the below products: A - Generators B - Diathermy C - Smoke evacuation D - Vessel sealing E - Trocars and access F - Laparoscopic Instrumentation G - Surgical Stapling and Ligating clips H - Associated products – to include other products associated with the above listed for example, grounding plates, switch (pedal and handheld). TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement and any resulting call-off contract are appended to the ITT. These agreements include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST AND PROCUREMENT INFORMATION This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Candidates wishing to be considered must register expressions of interest as follows: Register on the HTE portal at https://healthtrusteurope.bravosolution.co.uk. Login to the portal with username/password. Click the SQs/ITTs Open to All Suppliers link. These are the SQs/ITTs open to any registered supplier. Click on the relevant SQ/ ITT to access the content. Click the Express Interest button at the top of the page. This will move the SQ/ITT into your My SQs/My ITTs page. You can access any attachments by clicking Buyer Attachments in the SQ/ITT Details box. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the SQ/ITT. Lot Lot 2 - Robotics: Agreement for the Supply of Robotics Under this Lot the supplier will provide the below packs (this list is not exhaustive): A - Surgical Robot with rigid tube for multi-port surgery B - Surgical robot with rigid tube for single port surgery C - Surgical robot with flexible tube for endoluminal surgery D - Surgeon Console E - Vision System F - Robotic arms and all associated robotic surgical tools G - AR Augmented Reality Technology H - Haptic device with force feedback I - All Robotic Solutions, related Equipment and technologies used in Minimally Invasive Surgery TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement and any resulting call-off contract are appended to the ITT. Lot Lot 3 - Laparoscopic Kits: Agreement for the Supply of Laparoscopic Kits Under this Lot the supplier will provide the below packs (this list is not exhaustive): - All customised laparoscopic kits used within Minimally Invasive Surgery TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement and any resulting call-off contract are appended to the ITT. These agreements include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Lot Lot 4 - Aggregated Lot: Lot 4 facilitates the provision to re-open competition through a Mini Competition option where the Authorities can tailor a bespoke specification to accommodate their requirements and contractually commit in advance to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements. To be eligible for Lot 4 the Tenderer must be awarded onto at least 1 of the 1-3 Lots.
