The Police and Crime Commissioner for Gwent Police has published this notice in order to identify suppliers who are able to offer it’s staff private healthcare via a voluntary salary sacrifice scheme. The scheme must offer: -Access to medical diagnosis; -Medical Treatments, including approved procedures within the scheme -Access to physiotherapy - face-to-face and virtual sessions with a physiotherapist. -24/7 GP Helpline -Mental Health Support, such as a 24/7 mental health helpline -The same flat rate to all employees, regardless of age or medical history or pre-existing conditions – a one cost for all approach. -All employees to be accepted, regardless of age or medical history or pre-existing conditions. Additionally, the scheme may offer: -Employee rewards and benefits - Discounted Health Assessments, Cash Plans, Travel Insurance and Home Insurance, Discounts on self-funded treatments. -health app, including wellbeing information -Care and social care advice -Cancer Support - access to an experienced nurse who will provide emotional and practical support and advice.
