Description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is seeking a print marketplace platform (previously referred to as self-serve print) to manage high-volume, low-spend print requirements across the public sector, allowing access to a pre-qualified, dynamic and local supplier base who offer real-time pricing across the print landscape. This will enable end users to access the best solution for their print requirements based on variables including price and location. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) intends to conduct a procurement to establish a framework agreement with a single supplier to provide, host and manage a system known as print marketplace. The print marketplace shall: — service the high-volume, low-spend print requirements across the public sector, — enable public sector Buyers with access to a pre-qualified, dynamic and local supplier base, — offer real-time instant pricing across the print landscape. The supplier shall provide a full end to end service including the management of: the system, the print supply chain and buyer registrations and support.
