LA2524C - RFT for the Supply, and Delivery of sixty-five (65) Radar Sleep Sensors for Maynooth University

Published

Description

Maynooth University has a requirement for the supply of equipment for radar sleep sensors. We are seeking a solution that permits the use of radar sensing for analysis of sleep in the home setting. We require sixty-five (65) complete systems including data acquisition, analytics, and temporary storage for 585 months dispersed between the 65 systems. Please see the following examples. Example 1: Thirty (30) of the instruments might require 10 months for each of the instruments which will be three hundred (300) months in total and the remaining thirty-five (35) instruments might require the remaining two hundred and fifty (285) months. This must be available for a duration of 5 years of the project, but the total subscription will not exceed five hundred and eighty-five (585) months. Example 2: Ten (10) instruments might require 5 months for each of the instruments which will be fifty (50) months in total. Another fifteen (15) instruments might require twenty (20) months for each of the instruments which will be in total three hundred (300) months and the remaining forty (40) instruments might require the remaining two hundred and thirty-five (235) months for a duration of five (5) years of the project, but the total subscription will not exceed five hundred and eighty-five (585) months. The term “Data subscription” refers to the monthly cost of charges for services required to collect, store and process data from the sensors. It does not include the sensor devices themselves, but does include hire or purchase of a modem, where required. Data subscriptions include all costs related to data acquisition, storage, processing, access, modem hire or purchase. Each system must be standalone, and include all connectors required to perform radar sensing remotely and independent of an external Wi-Fi connection or a computer or laptop. The system must include sensors that monitor the following parameters:  Movement  Temperature  Light  Sound We require access to the raw, time-stamped data for each modality.
