Description
The objective of the announcement is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of equipment for commercial kitchens. The procurement is divided into two product groups. Product group 1 covers smaller equipment for commercial kitchens, such as china, glassware, cups/mugs, etc. Product group 2 covers larger equipment and interior design. Further details of the delivery are given in Annex A - Requirement Specifications. The contract value for product group 1 is estimated at approximately NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT per year, NOK 6 million over 4 years. The maximum value for this framework agreement is NOK 12 million over 4 years. The contract value for product group 2 is estimated at approximately NOK 1 million excluding VAT per year, NOK 4 million over 4 years. The maximum value for this framework agreement is NOK 8 million over 4 years. Lot 1: Cups/mugs Product group 1 covers the product categories china, glasses, cutlery, cups/mugs, serving equipment (various materials), adapted equipment (specialised cutlery, plates), small kitchen equipment (non-electric), small electrical devices/machines (such as: waffle irons, mixers (tabletop), food processors, coffee makers, microwaves, digital scales, etc.) and small cookware and pans. Lot 2: Interior design Product group 2 covers the product categories interior design in steel, stoves/grills/warmers (such as combination steamers, cooking pots with piping, grill tables), transport equipment, dishwashers, mixers (floor model), cutters and other technical equipment such as funnels, vacuum packing machines (floor model), bread cutting machines and portion packing machines. Product group 2 will further cover the contracting authority's need for additions/replacements and major project deliveries, as well as assistance in connection with planning project deliveries. The lot for product group 2 will not cover the purchase of smaller and more basic kitchens such as, for example, a kitchen nook in an office setting. See Annexes A and C for further details.
