Homes England requires the assessment, planning, design, delivery, ownership and maintenance of reliable utility infrastructure that meets the needs of diverse and complex small and large-scale residential led developments. To accelerate delivery, Homes England is seeking to create a framework to provide integrated power and water utility and services solutions to directly support the Agency’s pipeline of residential led development and regeneration projects, led by an Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO).
