Each of the Frameworks is broken down into 5 workstreams which are: Estate Services - Grounds Maintenance Estate Services - Building and Window Cleaning Estate Services - Sewage and Drainage Works Estate Services - Estate Refurbishments and Improvements Estate Service - EV Charging Facilties The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions. Lot 1A: LOT 1A Estate Services - Grounds Maintenance - Direct Award Framework The Service may include the following: • Maintenance of grassed areas; • Hedge Cutting; • Maintenance of shrub and rose beds, borders and the like ; • Tree Surgery; • Leaf and Litter Clearance ; • Jet washing; • Hard surfaces maintenance; • Invasive species treatment; • Tree Inspections; • Play areas and Playground equipment maintenance • Street furniture maintenance; Lot 1B: LOT 1B Estate Services - Grounds Maintenance - Mini Competition Framework The Service may include in the following: • Maintenance of grassed areas; • Hedge Cutting; • Maintenance of shrub and rose beds, borders and the like ; • Tree Surgery; • Leaf and Litter Clearance ; • Jet washing; • Hard surfaces maintenance; • Invasive species treatment; • Tree Inspections; • Play area and Playground equipment maintenance; • Street furniture maintenance Lot 2A: LOT 2A Estate Services - Building and Window Cleaning - Direct Award Framework The Service may include the following: Daily and weekly cleaning requirements of residential accommodation ; • Periodic cleaning to internal communal areas of blocks of flats, hostels, sheltered and supported housing; • Periodic cleaning to offices, depots etc ; • Deep cleaning to commercial/communal kitchens; • Specialist floor cleaning; • Litter picking; • Graffiti removal; • Window cleaning - external - low level • Window cleaning - external - high level • Window cleaning - internal glazing Lot 2B: LOT 2B Estate Services - Building and Window Cleaning - Mini Competition Framework The Service may include the following: Daily and weekly cleaning requirements of residential accommodation ; • Periodic cleaning to internal communal areas of blocks of flats, hostels, sheltered and supported housing; • Periodic cleaning to offices, depots etc ; • Deep cleaning to commercial/communal kitchens; • Specialist floor cleaning; • Litter picking; • Graffiti removal; • Window cleaning - external - low level • Window cleaning - external - high level • Window cleaning - internal glazing Lot 3A: LOT 3A Estate Services - Sewage and Drainage Works - Direct Award Framework The services may include the servicing, maintenance and installation or renewal of: • Small scale sewage treatment works; • Septic/harvesting tanks; • Grease traps; • Foul and surface water pumping stations; • Oil/petrol interceptors; • Cesspits; And • Lining, descaling, jetting of private sewers and drains; • CCTV to private sewers and drains; • Pumps maintenance; • Sewage effluent and liquids waste collection and disposal; • Grounds maintenance associated with Sewage Plant fenced enclosures; Lot 3B: Lot 3B Estate Services - Sewage and Drainage Works - Mini Competition Framework The services may include the servicing, maintenance and installation or renewal of: • Small scale sewage treatment works; • Septic/harvesting tanks; • Grease traps; • Foul and surface water pumping stations; • Oil/petrol interceptors; • Cesspits; And • Lining, descaling, jetting of private sewers and drains; • CCTV to private sewers and drains; • Pumps maintenance; • Sewage effluent and liquids waste collection and disposal; • Grounds maintenance associated with Sewage Plant fenced enclosures; Lot 4A: LOT 4A Estate Services - Estate Refurbishment and Improvement Works - Direct Award Framework The service may include: Renewals, repairs and installation of a variety of fencing and gates including but not limited to ranch, chestnut pale, palisade, mesh, bow top. Renewals, repairs and installation of a variety of hard surfaces including but not limited to pcc paving, tarmacadam, block paviers, cobbles, setts, self compacting gravel, safety surfacing etc.,. Renewals, repairs and installation of seating, planters, bike sheds and shelters, and other outdoor features and furniture. Drainage works Water Mains Retaining walls including gambions Water features Renewals, repairs and installation of Play areas, Ballgames areas and Playground equipment Associated soft landscaping and planting including trees Lot 4B: LOT 4A Estate Services - Estate Refurbishment and Improvement Works - Mini-Competition Framework The service may include: Renewals, repairs and installation of a variety of fencing and gates including but not limited to ranch, chestnut pale, palisade, mesh, bow top. Renewals, repairs and installation of a variety of hard surfaces including but not limited to pcc paving, tarmacadam, block paviers, cobbles, setts, self compacting gravel, safety surfacing etc.,. Renewals, repairs and installation of seating, planters, bike sheds and shelters, and other outdoor features and furniture. Lot 5B: LOT 5B Estate Services - EV Charging Facilities - Mini-Competition Framework The service may include: Design, supply and installation of ultra low and zero emission vehicle charging infrastructure including electric vehicle charging points together with all associated excavation, concrete works, ducting, builders work, making good, cabling, controls associated with the electrical distribution requirements of the Installation, and with the installation of the charging points.
