Lot 1: Additional works under the Meadowside Refurbishment Works Contract Original Contract Award ref: Bip720112670 Published on the 9th September 2022 The Contracting Authority requires unforeseen works not included in the initial scope of the Contract to be carried out. These comprise defects correction works to a care home that are similar to the works under the Contract following the insolvency of the contractor for those works.
