Maintenance of weather stations delivered by Volue IIOT AS.

Description

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has procured weather stations from Volue IIOT for many years. In order to carry out necessary maintenance on these weather stations, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration intends to enter into a maintenance contract with Value IIOT AS to ensure access to competence and equipment so that the weather stations and collection of data from the weather stations functions as intended. Lot 1: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration intends to enter into a maintenance contract with Volue IIOT AS in order to ensure that weather stations delivered by Value IIOT AS and the collection of data from the same weather stations functions as intended. A maintenance contract will ensure access to spare parts and the necessary competence if need for repairs, calibration of individual sensors, training electro contractors, and the option for stockholding at the supplier. The services that will be included in the maintenance contract are split into two, one part with fixed maintenance and one part that can be ordered by one or more administration units if required. The fixed part of the maintenance contract includes: • User support and telephone support within normal working hours: • Continual follow-up of the weather stations with reports to the contracting authority on the status of each weather station and proposals for error recovery • Regular updates to documentation and software connected to the delivered equipment • Inspection/resetting advanced sensors • Application operation and management of OPC-UA servers Maintenance services that can be ordered if required: • Procurement of individual sensors and equipment if required for replacements or supplements • Option to agree user support/support outside working hours • Repairs to equipment as agreed • Courses and training of personnel • Calibration of individual sensors in the laboratory • Annual review of all stations in an area/region • Stockholding • Assistance with OPC
