A telephone service for NHS 111 mental health crisis calls in Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield 2025-26. This is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week service. Lot 1: The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime. A 24/7 telephone service for NHS 111 mental health crisis calls in Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield. The service is to be awarded for the period 01/04/2025-31/12/2026. The lifetime value of this award would be £1,254,558.
