The University of Salford is seeking to renew the support contract for their Cisco hardware. We are actively seeking interested companies that can provide a quotation for the following support Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • 24x7x4 Parts Only • Cisco Accredited Remote Support via Suppliers Operations Centre • CISCO approved spares and logistics • Parts, logistics and onsite engineering in accordance with SLA (See 'Inventory') • Cisco OEM 3rd line TAC, Firmware and Software entitlement on eligible systems
