Procurement of tourism services - Destination Salten 2023

Bodø municipality intends to enter into a contract for tourism services with the destination company Visit Bodø. The agreement will apply to the following contracting authorities in addition to Bodø municipality: - Saltdal Municipality - Sørfold Municipality - Steigen Municipality - Hamarøy Municipality - Beiarn Municipality - Gildeskål Municipality - Fauske Municipality - Meløy Municipality The expected scope of the value of the contract is approx. NOK 2,650,000 per year excluding VAT, in total for all of the municipalities. Lot 1: The purpose of the agreement is for the service provider to work to highlight Salten and the Salten municipalities' experiences and attractiveness as a travel destination by: - Contributing to an increase in the visitor industry in Salten. - Contributing to increased tourism and longer stays in Salten. - Contributing to the development of the area as a clear, available and overall travel destination with a year-round perspective. - Contributing to the active recruitment of member companies in the municipalities. - Contributing to competence development in tourism in Salten. - Establishing and being a joint spokesman for the tourism industry in Salten. - Establishing regional and national coordination centres for joint tasks in Salten. - Ensuring the implementation and realisation of the local and regional tourism strategy in Salten. - Ensuring active participation in collaboration with Visit Norway.
