This Contract is to clean and repair stonework to the north, south and western elevations of Oxford Town Hall, St Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 1BX - identified below in figures 2 & 3. The north and part of the western elevation known as the 1930's building (highlighted in orange below) is currently leased from Oxford City Council; however, to keep a consistent clean throughout all elevations it has been included within the clean and repair.
