Leistungsgegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Belieferung der Betriebsstellen des Typs Mensa und StuBistro mit Fleisch frisch – Geflügel. Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit min. 3 und max. 5 Unternehmen. Mit diesen Vertragspartnern wird anhand monatlicher Miniwettbewerbe der Zuschlag für die jeweils nächste Laufzeitperiode vergeben. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird bis 28.2.2022 geschlossen. Der Leistungszeitraum beginnt am 1.4.2021 und endet am 28.2.2022. Der Vertrag endet, wenn das in den Vergabeunterlagen genannte Gesamtkontingent erreicht ist, auch vor Ablauf der o. g. Frist.
