Friends and Family Test: Measurement and Analytical Services

NHS England is carrying out some initial market engagement for ‘Friends and Family Test: Measurement and Analytical Services’ and is inviting suppliers to comment on the proposed specification as detailed in Annex A of the Request for Information (RFI) document by asking a series of questions.<br/>Suppliers are asked to complete the RFI and upload to Atamis by 12 Noon, 27 January 2025.<br/>This proposal covers the provision of services and expertise that provide advice, data analysis, technical expertise and interpretative knowledge in relation to the development and maintenance of the NHS England Friends and Family Test (FFT) programme.<br/>The full range of tasks covers handling queries via email and telephone; data collections, including chasing up missing returns, data validation processes, producing files for publication; managing processes for collections, final checking of documents; and maintaining the NHS England Friends and Family Test Analysis web site.
