<p>Aspire Housing are inviting bids from organisations who might be able to provide surveying services that meet Aspires current requirement for its housing stock. Aspire wish to appoint surveyors to undertake a programme of surveys on various property and asset types. These will be split into 4 Lots and Service Providers can bid for all Lots, one Lot or in any combination. We are operating this tender on the "Restricted" basis. Initially, Suppliers are requested to express an interest and complete the new Selection Questionnaire. From the completed Selection Questionnaire we are looking to appoint up to 7 Suppliers on each Lot who will be invited to submit a tender. The contract for each Lot will be for three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years and we anticipate the new contract starting on 01/09/2023. Any extension of the contract is at Aspire’s sole discretion.</p> Keywords: Surveyors
