Overview of General Requirements The Plumbing Maintenance Contract is required to provide Building Services Maintenance and minor Installations to two sites as outlined in section 1.2. The service will cover all aspects of plumbing maintenance for a large and diverse range of building services as defined herein. The Service Provider shall be responsible for the supply of all Plumbing Services equipment, materials, labour, operational performance and the provision of a quality, efficient and effective maintenance service. 2.2 Level of Service A full maintenance service is required on an annual basis. The Institute is normally closed from Christmas Eve to 2nd January, Sundays and public holidays. Information is provided in Specification for Required Services below 2.3 Contract Period The contract will be for an initial period of two years with the option to extend for a further two, 1 year periods.
