The works comprise the complete demolition of 4 separate buildings (Bryn Euryn Nursery, Cartref, Bron y Nant & Tan Lan) and additional structures on the site of Bron y Nant & Bryn Euryn, Dinerth Road, Rhos on Sea LL28 4YN (as defined within the contract documents and drawing D728.15), including the excavation of existing floor slabs and foundations, bases, manholes, tarmaced areas etc. grubbing up of disused drains, crushing of rubble on site and leaving as hard-core for levelling the site, cutting down of identified trees and clearance of vegetation.
