Liquid Fuels Project Description Swindon Borough Council are looking to appoint a contractor on the ESPO framework to undertake the supply of liquid fuels (diesel and unleaded petrol) to our waterside depot within Swindon. The procurement will be broken into two lots - one for diesel and one for unleaded petrol. The initial contract term will be for 18.5 months commencing 1st February 2025, until the ESPO Framework expires on 17th August 2025. Estimated contract spend is between £875,000 and £900,000 per annum. Split out as between £1,310,416.67 - £1,341,250.00 for the 18.5 months for diesel and between £38,541.67 - £46,250.00 for unleaded petrol for a total cost of between £1,348,958.33 and £1,387,500.00 for both across the 18.5 months.
