Lot 1: “OBRAS DE REFORMA INTEGRAL DEL CENTRO RESIDENCIAL PARA MAYORES LA ORDEN DE HUELVA” EXPTE Nº 10/2023 (CONTR/ 2023/ 57528). Se proyecta la reforma integral de la residencia de personas mayores existente, adaptándolas al marco normativo actual para su utilización por personas mayores con discapacidad según el nuevo modelo de cuidados de larga duración. También, se llevará a cabo la mejora de la eficiencia energética del edificio al completo consistente entre otras actuaciones en: la sustitución de las ventanas de todo el edificio, actuaciones en la producción de agua caliente solar, en el sistema de calefacción, cambio de luminarias existentes por luminarias LED e instalación de sistema solar fotovoltáico en la cubierta para autoconsumo.
