Retail Management System (September 2024)

Description

Bath & North East Somerset Heritage Services retail team, run the retail operations for the Council and deliver £2.2M sales across its 3 shop sites with £1.8M delivered in the main Roman Baths Shop. We are looking for a Retail Management solution and Supplier to implement the solution into the organisation to satisfy the retail business requirement, provide an integration into an ecommerce platform as a future phase and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the contract duration.
