Description
Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Medical Healthcare Furniture and equipment direct to customers via the eDirect or Direct route to market. The range of products available under this agreement include; Medical Furniture and Equipment, Hospital Trolleys and Carts, Sackholders and Recycling Bins, Examination and treatment chairs/couches and tables, Drug and Medicine cabinets, Portering chairs, Birthing furniture and equipment, Ward and residential furniture, Challenging Environment Furniture, Multi-sensory equipment, Shelving and Racking, Bariatric Furniture, and Workstations on Wheels. This framework agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months. It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement the value of purchases will be circa GBP 55,040,000 and if extended the 4-year purchase value will be in the region of GBP 127,000,000 however this is approximate only and includes a forecast for growth. The values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement. Lot 1: Medical Furniture and Equipment Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Medical Furniture and Accessories via eDirect/Direct route to Market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Examination lights, medical screens, holders and dispensers, ward and theatre equipment, cupboards. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 4,000,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 18,000,000 excluding VAT. Lot 2: Ward and Residential Furniture Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Ward and residential furniture via eDirect/Direct route to Market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Patient bedside chairs, visitors chairs, armchairs, bedside cabinets/lockers, overbed/overchair table, settees, wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing tablesm easy chairs, tub chairs, dining chairs, coffee table, dining tables, overnight chair bed, beaming chair, recliner chair, specialist seating, general furniture including TV stands and bookcases. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 20,000,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 34,000,000 excluding VAT. Lot 3: Challenging Environment Furniture Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Challenging environments furniture via eDirect/Direct route to market Products that are included but not limited to are: Settees, arm chairs, tub chairs, dining room chairs and tables, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets/lockers, general furniture. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 20,000,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 34,000,000 excluding VAT. Lot 4: Sack Holders and recycling bins Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Sackholders and bins via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Sackholders, recycling bins, sanitary bins. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 2,000,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 10,000,000 excluding VAT. Lot 5: Multi Sensory Equipment Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Multi sensory equipment via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Bubble tubes/columns, bubble screens, light tubes/columns, light screens, LED projectors, infinity tunnels, LED fibre optic light sources, tactile panels, dementia pods, media panels , soft play. wall and floor cushioning, general multi-sensory equipment. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 1,000,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 4,000,000 excluding VAT. Lot 6: Hospital Trolleys and Carts Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Hospital trolleys and carts via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: hospital trolleys and carts, work stations. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 4,000,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 12,000,000 excluding VAT. Lot 7: Examination and treatment chairs, couches and tables Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Examination and treatment furniture via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Examination and treatment chairs, couches, tables, 2 and 3 section couches, tilt tables, ultrasound, other specialised couches. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 2,000,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 6,000,000 excluding VAT. Lot 8: Drug and medicine cabinets Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of medicine cabinets via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Drug and medicine cabinets. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 400,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 800,000 excluding VAT. Lot 9: Shelving and racking Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of shelving and racking via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Shelving and racking solutions. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 200,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 1,600,000 excluding VAT. Lot 10: Birthing Furniture and equipment Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Birthing furniture (excluding beds and birthing pools) via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Birthing couches, positioning pillow, birthing mat, birthing wedge, birthing beanbag, bassinet, baby cribs. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 40,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 400,000 excluding VAT. Lot 11: Bariatric Furniture Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Bariatric Furniture via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Patient bedside chairs, patient seating visitor chairs, armchairs, tub chairs, dining room chairs. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 200,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 600,000 excluding VAT. Lot 12: Portering Chairs Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Portering Chairs via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Portering chairs, including bariatric. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 200,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 1,600,000 excluding VAT. Lot 13: Workstations on Wheels Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Workstation On Wheels via eDirect/Direct route to market. Products that are included but not limited to are: Workstations on wheels and associated accessories. Additional information: It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement, the value of purchases for this lot will be circa GBP 1,000,000 excluding VAT and for the full 48-month term (if extended), the anticipated value will be circa GBP 4,000,000 excluding VAT.
