2022-2032 communal window cleaning contract

Description

the contract comprises, where practical and directed, cleaning of internal and external surfaces of all common windows and glazing. internal glazing, such as screens etc. to be done on a 6 monthly visit schedule or as directed by the contract administrator. visit schedule on a 6 week rota basis, approx. 8 visits per year per site. Lot 1: the contract is to be tendered as a single stage procurement exercise. works will comprise the cleaning of all communal glazing. inside and outside where practical of all common windows. on a 6 month visit basis, or as directed by the contract administrator, internal glazing, such as corridor doors/screens to locations listed in the tender document
