siehe Leistungsbeschreibung Lot 1: Auftragsgegenstand ist ein kombinierter Prüfstand inklusive Messtechnik für Staubmessung. Der Prüfstand erzeugt unter kontrollierten Bedingungen durch Abrieb von Bremsen und Reifen Aerosol. Die generierten Emissionen nimmt der Prüfstand auf, verdünnt sie und führt sie Analysatoren zur physikalischen Analyse der Partikelanzahl(PN)-Konzentration und der Partikelmassen(PM)-Konzentration zu. Eine offene Expertengruppe Particle Measurement Programme (PMP) der Wirtschaftskommission der Vereinten Nationen für Europa (UNECE) erarbeitet technische Messvorschriften, da die Messgrößen PN und PM zukünftig gesetzlich reglementiert werden. Die im Prüfstand enthaltene Messtechnik muss die Vorgaben der UNECE-PMP erfüllen. Die von der UniBw M gestellten Anforderungen an den Prüfstand und seine Messtechnik ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
