IK-ØS 006-2023 Beverage vending machines for coffee, hot drinks and water for Bergen municipality and collaborating partnerss

Description

Bergen municipality shall enter into a new framework agreement for the hire of coffee machines and water coolers. The agreement will include service and maintenance. Tenderers shall be able to offer different types of machines/vending machines, both floor and table models. The fully automatic machines must also have different product choices and must also be able to make milk based drinks (based on dry milk), hot chocolate and tea water. The contract must also include deliveries of water coolers and consumables such as coffee, chocolate drinks and tea and non-dairy creamers. We are not asking for systems with disposable capsules or instant soup products. Bergen municipality is also interested in tenders for used beverage vending machines. This is not an absolute requirement. However, the requirement will be weighted under the award criteria 'miljø/sirkularitet' ('environment/circularity'). The contracting authority has entered into rental and service agreements for beverage vending machines at various times during the period of current framework agreement. These agreements are valid for 4 years dependent on the period of the individual framework agreement. Lot 1: The following collaboration partners are affiliated to the contract: Alver municipality, Askøy municipality, Austrheim municipality, Modalen municipality, Øygarden municipality, Betanien rehabilitering og sykehjem, Havforskningsinstituttet, Konkurransetilsynet, Landås menighets eldresenter.
