NRK will establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the purchase of recruitment services for "Recruitment assistance for managers and professional positions in NRK". NRK hereby invites tenderers to qualify for participation in the system. Click https://permalink.mercell.com/207618635.aspx Lot 1: The contracting authority would like assistance in recruiting for roles, such as: Managers level 2 (director level) and below, journalists and editorial positions, professionals in various administrative areas, professionals in the product and technology area (developers, system specialists, etc.). The contracting authority would like assistance within the following areas: - Assistance with the design of job analyses - Creation of notice texts and announcement of positions - Promotion of positions in relevant channels - Research in the candidate market - Motivating relevant candidates to apply until the application deadline - Conducting initial dialogues with relevant candidates - Administrative management of the process, screening of applications, communication with candidates NRK will assist in assessing applications and justifications for candidates who want to be exempt from public access to applicant lists (cf. the Freedom of Information Act) - Conducting interviews, tests and any other methods in order to select the final candidate - Designing a holistic recruitment process with a focus ranging from interview techniques to tests of ability and personality, professional quality assurance for team composition, and recruitment of teams from a holistic perspective. A need for assistance may include the entire process from A to Z, or parts of the areas above.
