Mid and East Antrim Borough Council requires the services of an individual or company to organise and deliver the Inver River underpass street art project. The Inver River Underpass Street Art project will consist of the delivery of a minimum of 20 discrete street mural pieces of varying sizes, as part of an ongoing programme of work by MEABC to transform the area to make it more welcoming and accessible, and encouraging the wider regeneration of the area. The art works are to be located on the pillars and retaining/support wall of the A8 (Harbour Highway) overpass at Bridge Street Larne.
