<p>The scope of works will include the following: 1. Repair or replace all inspection lights. 2. Clean fan unit and replace bearings. 3. Replace belt drives (to be supplied by MKUH). 4. Add viewing port for fan. 5. Replace or repair drain traps and associated drain pipework ensuring min 15mm air break. 6. Remove any humidification equipment and associated pipework (if fitted). 7. Add new test points as required. Ensure all test points are capped. 8. Clearly label the system, ducts within the plant room and test points. 9. Replace filters (to be supplied by MKUH). 10. Replace vermin / insect screen. 11. Deep clean and decontaminate all the heat exchange coils. 12. Replace any missing or damaged fasteners on the panels. 13. Replace the seals on all access panels. 14. Clean all sections internally and externally and treat any corrosion, replace as required. 15. Replace any damaged or missing pressure hoses and nipples. 16. Repair or replace the filter differential pressure gauges. 17. Confirm correct operation of BMS sensors and drivers, advise of any defects. 18. Replace any missing duct or pipework lagging / insulation. 19. Remove all waste from site. 20. Submit full annual inspection report for critical ventilation in accordance with HTM 03-01 (2021). 21. Advise of any defects found not listed above</p> Keywords: Inspection
