Description
NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework/Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). NHS Shared Business Services intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Healthcare - Design, Furniture & Appliances and Supplies for the public sector to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. Our Approved Organisation list can be found on: https://sbs.nhs.uk/proc-framework-agreements-support We are committed to working with suppliers who are dedicated to Sustainability and Social Value and there will be a significant weighting on these elements in the tender. Lot 1: Consultancy and Design To provide quality interior design and space planning services, consulting closely with stakeholders to select and suggest products and suggest costings with experienced project management to support proposals. This lot includes the delivery of workplace consultancy services for settings, offices and other workplace environments for public sector bodies and our Approved Organisations. The service area in scope includes survey, design and space planning Lot 2: Interior Fit Out - office, retail and front of house This lot will provide experienced project management to ensure efficient professional delivery of interior fit out proposals ensuring professional installation of the redesigned spaces and fixed / new furniture solutions. This Lot includes supply and fit out installation including minor works which may be required to ensure a complete finished delivery service of a re design or face lift. This might include fitting of fixed furnishings/furniture for office, retail and front of house Lot 3: Furniture This Lot includes supply, delivery and installation of a variety of office and residential furniture. Furniture ranges required will vary from budget ranges to bespoke furniture requirements This Lot also include repair, renovation and reconditioning of furniture Lot 4: Ward Equipment This Lot includes supply, delivery and installation of Ward Equipment such as Chart Trolleys, General Purpose Trolleys, Difficult Intubation Trolley, Acute Setting General Purpose Trolleys, Drugs and Medicine Storage, Controlled Drugs Cabinets, Infusion Stands/IV stands, Medical Records & Notes Trolley Lot 5: Blind, Curtains & Associated Products The lot includes the supply, delivery and installation of blinds, curtains and associated Products Lot 6: Appliances This Lot includes supply, delivery and installation of Clinical white goods. Fridges Freezers, Blood Fridges, Fluid Warmers, Ice makers. This Lot also includes supply, delivery and installation of domestic and commercial white goods and appliances, such as fridges, freezers and washer dryers Lot 7: Smart Vending and Water Coolers This Lot includes supply (sale and hire), delivery, installation and maintenance of vending machines. This Lot includes supply (sale and hire), delivery, installation and maintenance of Water coolers Lot 8: Hire This lot is for the provision of long term and short-term hire including but not limited to marquees, air conditioning units, generators, heaters, de-humidifiers and tool hire. Lot 9: Mental Health Anti Ligature Doors and Windows This Lot includes supply, delivery and installation of Anti-Ligature/anti-vandal Products and Accessories such as Anti-Ligature/anti-vandal locks and handles, window fitting, safety and security mirrors, bathroom fixtures
