Soft Market Test - Guest Houses / Bed & Breakfast

The London Borough of Hackney and the Adult Social Care directorate wish to undertake a soft market testing exercise to canvas vendors of Guest Houses; Bed and Breakfasts and Hotels to provide emergency accommodation for adults who require social care support. The soft market testing will take place from Wednesday 18th September 2024 and end on Friday 4th October 2024. Any Questions regarding the soft market testing approach document must be submitted by 30th September 2024. Any responses to the soft marketing testing should also be returned via the ProContract portal by 4th October 2024 at 12 noon. This is NOT a call for tenders and responses. This document does not form any part of an invitation to tender. Hackney Council is issuing this document for information only. The Council may choose not to tender for this service after the soft market testing has been completed. All information gathered from the Soft Market Testing will be carefully considered and analysed by Finance & Procurement teams for this commissioning process. All responses will be anonymised and not shared with competitors for these services. If you are interested in registering please read the attached document and complete the questionnaire at the end of the attached document and return via the ProContract portal.
