This notice involves the setting up of a dynamic purchasing system. Warwickshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced operators for admission to their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Employability and Skills services. The period of validity of the DPS will be 4 years from commencement. Lot 1: Careers Advice and guidance for individuals at the critical stage of selecting their next occupation, learning opportunity or future role. Delivery to be targeted at various age ranges with a one to many, 1-2-1 basis or event based engagement. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. The web address is: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets. Registration and use of In-Tend is free. Once registered, all correspondence for this procurement process must be via the In-Tend correspondence function. However, if you are unable to register with the website please email us at procurement@warwickshire.gov.uk. Once a Supplier has successfully completed their application to the DPS and the initial 30 day period is complete, operators will be advised of the opportunities available as and when they arise. Operators can then choose whether they want to bid for the requirement or not (it is not compulsory to bid for every opportunity offered, and all operators within the DPS approved Supplier list will be informed of the opportunity, but can choose whether or not to bid on an individual basis). Lot 2: Employment Support for individuals to increase participation in employment via training, work experience, volunteering and additional employability activities. The support will be delivered to working age individuals. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
