Description

This was a contract derived under Regulation 32, 2 (b) (ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations of 2015, where competition could not be obtained. This contract is for a 1 year annual maintenance of our existing Oracle Licenses. We use Oracle for many application where moving away from Oracle was not a possibility for both cost and time considerations. The use of resellers was considered and is a possibility, however those approached advised us they wouldn't quote as they couldn't compete with Oracle directly.
