DPS quarterly contract award: Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) are Tendering the provision: Training services. This will include services for all of the LMH groups, LMH have taken the decision to tender the services as a DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) framework which will incorporate a selection of Training requirement in the following lots: Lot 1: General Staff Training; Lot 2: Specialist ICT Training; Lot 3: Academic and Professional Training and Provision of Apprenticeships; Lot 4: Health and Safety; Lot 5: Construction; Lot 6: Housing; Lot 7: Social, Community and Leisure; Lot 8: Community and Tenant Training. The Training Framework will have a term of 4 years from the 1.7.2015 to 30.6.2019 all courses will be sourced through mini-competitions from the suppliers who have qualified through this frameworks tender process, to allow further competition and organisations to apply for future opportunities in this area LMH are exercising the functionally of the DPS by re-opening the PQQ process every 18 months to allow organisations the opportunity to join the framework in to allow for market demand for training and increases in the service. DPS Round Timetables: Expressions of Interest Start Date: Monday, 13.4.2015. Round 1: Expressions of Interest End Date: Friday, 29.5.2015. Round 2: Expressions of Interest End Date: Friday, 25.11.2016. Round 3: Expressions of Interest End Date: Friday, 25.5.2018. Please note: Each DPS Round will be evaluated by Quality only to award suppliers a place on the framework then additionally throughout the term of the Framework mini-competition prices will be ranked in order of costs. Each submission will be reviewed separately, with the lowest price awarded the maximum 40 % then added to the Quality % achieved in the DPS Round Stage of the framework method statement ranked scores. The Final date for submission for Round 1 will be 12:00 on Tuesday, 26.5.2015. You will need to log onto The Chest to access documents and to check for new questions and answers, additional information, notifications and updates. It is the providers responsibility to ensure that they view these sections throughout the process. Providers must ensure that their response is submitted prior to the deadlines specified. Providers responses must be fully submitted via The Chest no later than the deadlines specified. No submission shall be considered or accepted if it is received after the final closing date and time specified in the documentation, unless the supplier has contacted LMH Procurement and there is a valid reason. For the avoidance of doubt, the time registered is when a tenderer presses the final ‘Submit’ button and will be based on the Due North Server time. It is the providers responsibility to ensure that they allow sufficient time to submit their response. Liverpool mutual homes will not be held responsible if your submission is received late. (This information is commensurate for all Rounds within this DPS).
