Provision of Personal Protection Equipment (Masks, Gloves and Disinfectants)

Description

The European Central Bank (ECB) is looking for suitable candidates to supply personal protection equipment to the bank. The required items are face masks, gloves and hand sanitizing products. The ECB is planning to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of the goods for a maximum duration of 4 years. The Dynamic Purchasing System will be divided into 3 separate Lots (Lot 1: various types of face masks, Lot 2: various types of gloves, Lot 3: Hand Sanitizer and Disinfectant wipes). Item a) Disposable barrier medical facemask • consisting of two or three layers of flat or pleated fabric; • adaptable nose clip; • affixed to the head with two elastic ear loops; • without shield; • splash resistant in compliance with EU standard class type IIR; • barrier protection conform to EN14683. Item b) Disposable medium efficiency respiratory facemask FFP 2/KN 95 • respirator as protective device for efficient filtration of airborne particles conform to N95 (US), KN95 (CH) or FFP2 (EU) standard; • CE declaration; • adaptable nose clip; • soft sealing lip; • usage and fitting instructions in English language. Item a) Disposable light medical first layer gloves, latex-free • nitrile-based, • non-powdered, • normal cuffed, • non-sterile (nursing), • conform to EN 420, EN 455 and EN 374 and ISO 16603:2004 and 16604:2004, • AQL standard max. 1.5, • different sizes available. Item b) Disposable heavy duty second layer gloves • nitrile-nopped for special safety grip, • provision of grip in wet environments, • good fingertip sensitivity, • conform to EN 374, EN 388 and EN 455, • different sizes available. Item a) Hand sanitizer (travel size) • antibacterial (incl. MRSA), antiviral (incl. Norovirus/HBV/HIV/HCV) and antifungal/fungicidal; • conform to effective range AB (RKI disinfectant list or equivalent); • alcohol, phenol or aldehyde based and antiseptic; • texture in form of gel, liquid or foam; • availability needed as travel size hand sanitizers; • ~100 ml. Item b) Hand sanitizer (office size) • antibacterial (incl. MRSA), antiviral (incl. Norovirus/HBV/HIV/HCV) and antifungal/fungicidal; • conform to effective range AB (RKI disinfectant list or equivalent); • alcohol, phenol or aldehyde based and antiseptic; • texture in form of gel, liquid or foam; • availability needed as office-size dispensers (1 000 ml). Item c) Disinfectant wipes • separately packaged; • antibacterial, anti-viruses and antifungal; • conform with effective range A (RKI disinfectant list or equivalent); • suitable for the disinfection of working tables, furniture, and surfaces of equipment.
