Market dialogue concerning M/R Stations

Energinet is in progress of preparing bid packages for detail design, fabrication, transportation, and installation on site of up to four Meter and Regulater (M/R) stations for the Danish gas transmission grid. The M/R stations having the specified design data are to be delivered at locations in DK as mentioned in section 2.4. The four MR stations are standard layout two-line stations, one line with filter, gas preheating, slam-shut, gas regulation (80 to 20 bar) metering. Second line with slam-shut, regulation and metering. Interchange arrangement between the two lines will be possible. The MR station will be divided into four rooms, one room for regulation and metering, one for the boilers, one for electricals and the last for odorizing the gas before leaving the station. As part of its preliminary work on the tender and contract strategy, Energinet has decided to arrange a market dialogue in order to gather information that may assist Energinet in its planning of the coming tender. Lot 1: Energinet in Denmark is in process of preparing bid packages for detail design, fabrication, transportation, and installation on site of up to four MR stations. The MR stations having the specified design data are to be delivered at the following locations in Denmark. • Station No. 1 having a max capacity of 33800 Nm3/h and Max/Min pressure in/out of 80 barg/20 barg will be installed on a site on the island Zealand // Expected delivery- completion at site: Mid 2023 • Station No. 2 having a max capacity of 25000 Nm3/h and Max/Min pressure in/out of 80 barg/20 barg will be installed on a site on the island Fyn // Expected delivery-completion at site: Primo 2023 • Station No. 3 having a max capacity of 4000 Nm3/h and Max/Min pressure in/out of 80 barg/20 barg will be installed on a site on the island Fyn // Expected delivery-completion at site: Primo 2023 • Station No. 4 having a max capacity of 70000 Nm3/h and Max/Min pressure in/out of 80 barg/20 barg will be installed on a site in Copenhagen // Expected delivery-completion at site: Primo 2023 All four MR stations are standard layout two-line stations, one line with filter, gas preheating, slam-shut, gas regulation (80 to 20 bar) metering. Energinet wishes to talk to companies which have in-depth experience and references from similar projects. Registration for the market dialogue must be made via EU-Supply no later than 12 November 2021. The market dialogue is expected to take place on the following dates: 23 November, 24 November, 25 November, 30 November, 1 December and 2 December. 3 hours are allocated to each supplier. The market dialogue meetings will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. An invitation with information on the preparation for the market dialogue meeting as well as further relevant information can be found in EU-Supply.
