Description
UFST (Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen) hereby invites companies to a market dialogue concerning the purchase of an IT application to support the collection and exchange of data between Denmark and other EU members according to the council directive (EU) 2023/2226 of 17 October 2023 amending Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in field of taxation (DAC8). More information about the directive can be found here: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32023L2226&qid=1727690408383. Furthermore, the it-application should support exchange of data to OECD member states. A market dialogue is desired to clarify the availability of standard products commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) and the capabilities offered by these in order to provide The Ministry of Taxation in Denmark with a national IT application for the collection of and exchange of information in regards to Crypto Assets as specified in DAC8 article 8ad about scope and conditions of mandatory automatic exchange of information to be reported by Reporting Crypto-Asset Service Providers. UFST is the IT and Development Agency of The Danish Ministry of Taxation. More information can be found here: The Ministry of Taxation | Udviklings- og Forenklingsstyrelsen (ufst.dk). The market dialogue is part of the preparation for a tender. We emphasize to propose standard solutions where possible however invite all solution proposals. The market dialogue is conducted with respect of the EU procurement rules, specifically regarding the principles of equal treatment and transparency. UFST emphasizes that this is not a call for pre-qualification of applications, and participation in the market dialogue will not be required in order to participate in coming tenders.
